I just went out and bought some Yohimbe and L-arginine.Any idea how long it takes for this to start to take efect?

My experience, 2-4 weeks on the L-arginine. I take 6-8 grams a day on an empty stomach.
Yohimbe, a couple days. I have taken 1 gram at bedtime and woke up with a raging hard on! Been so long since that happened it nearly frightened my wife. But my experience is that yohimbe doesn't stay in the body very long. For example,
the next day, nothing! Also, if you are sensitive to stimulants like me, it may cause your heart to skip beats or make you feel anxious.

FYI I just added something to my routine which has made me a lot harder and hornier: liquid lecithin. I find this big bottle of liquid lecithin at a health food store. I take 1 tablespoon 4 times a day.

It doesn't taste like anything really. I chase it with a glass of water. I like the bigger cum loads. The bottle says that 1 tablespoon is equivalent to 12 1200mg capsules.
