I have discussed with a doctor who has found that a drug call Uprima ( I may have got the spelling wrong but will check) is more effective than viagara and has ben used for years. Anybody heard about this medicine .

I have a question for people using L-arginine, what is the minimum dose at which a person can start seeing some results? I am taking 2000 mg now for a week but no results yet. I also take Viagra once a week.
